The holidays can be a stressful time. But we can make choices in how we respond to that stress, and by doing so, be the change we want to see in the world. Here are a few tips for creating more peace in your personal space this season.
Expressing our vulnerability through feelings and needs may seem strange at first, but it is worth it to improve our relationships— and the world. Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, author of the book “Comunicacion No Violenta: Un Lenguaje de Vida,” says, “When we’re not able to say clearly what we need and only know how to make analyses of others that sounds like criticism, wars are never far away, whether they are verbal, psychological, or physical wars.”
